If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, the unused item can be returned for Size exchange, Store credit or Refund within 10 days from the date of shipment.
To request authorization to return, the customer must send a request to email@example.com within 10 days from receipt of order. In the email you need to specify the codes of the items you wish to return and the desired compensation: Size exchange, Store credit or Refund. Upon receipt of the return request, Black Srl will send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by Black Srl. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the instructions email you received from Black Srl Return Department. (the Courier will bring a waybill at the time of package withdrawal).
The return shipment is FREE.
The customer can choose from 3 types of compensation:
You can make the change for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. You can not change the article with a different one.
Only one free exchange is available for each authorized return.
It can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the return.
It cannot be combined with other Store Credit
It must be used entirely in one order of equal or greater value
For orders paid by credit card the amount will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of return. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
For orders paid by PayPal or Bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The returns must be received at the Black Srl headquarters within 10 days after written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department.
Terms and conditions
The security thread present on the articles that are returned must not be cut or broken. The articles must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show signs of use. The shoes soles must be in perfect condition and show no sign of any kind.
Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received along with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and it must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
All returns must be shipped back in the original Black Srl box.
In the event that the customer receives defective articles, or that there are errors in the shipments done by Black Srl, you are required to follow the same instructions above. Black Srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs.
Black Srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or couriers different from the one indicated in the instructions email. Acceptance of these returns or couriers will incur a 10% charge from the value of the returned goods.
Black Srl will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
