If you have a problem that cannot be solved by our technical support, you can return the product. The first step is to fill in the Return tab.

This form must be completely filled in and we will respond by e-mail within 3 working days with the return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transport. The return must be first approved.
